The breakfast was good. It featured a variety of options and the coffee was very good (especially the cappuccino!). The hotel provided convenient access to public transportation. It was close to a vaporetto stop, made getting around easy.
The soundproofing in my room was not optimal. I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

the hotel location proved great, it was easy to reach vaporetto stops arsenale or zaccaria. the garden provided a little oasis, a welcome escape from the city. the breakfast room opened onto a beautiful garden, a good start to the day. the staff was very nice and helpful. i enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
The room felt sparse. The bedding and drapes could use refreshing. the mattress sloped toward the headboard. the stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed recently. i aired it out with open windows to address a slight smell.

the hotel has a lovely courtyard. the inner courtyard provided quiet relaxation, unique in the city. breakfast featured a great room, offering an amazing garden view, it was so beautiful.
